Platt-Form’s Coworking Space was created because we needed a space that provided a balanced, active lifestyle full of growth minded people pushing their physical and mental limits in life and work. This is not your typical coworking space (or gym for that matter). We’re not interested in the status quo or doing things like they’ve always been done.
If you’re tired of crowded big box gyms, not interested in one of our more personal programs, or just want to train in an awesome facility, then our traditional gym membership is just for you! There will typically be a training for the day (TD) written on the whiteboard if you would like to utilize that for your daily workout. The training for the day (TD) workouts are TRULY designed for ALL Fitness Levels. However, if you would like to do your own thing, that’s okay too.
