• 10-20 participants per session (depending on room size)
  • 30 minute sessions (5 min dynamic warmup, 20 min high intensity, 5 min static cool down)
  • 2, 3, or 4 days per week options available
  • Monthly weigh ins and measurements
  • 3 monthly winners for most weight lost, inches lost, and perfect attendance
  • Full body workouts consisting of strength and cardio
  • Recommended nutrition plan will be provided to each participant
  • Each participant required to sign release of liability and complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire).
  • Multiple time slots available, including: 12, 12:30, 1, 1:30pm
  • Program length may be a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month agreement.
  • Program cost is determined by number of participants, frequency, and length of agreement.
  • Local corporations receive 10-20% off (depending on package)
  • Optional budget from corporation to build out on-site gym in accordance to trainer needs or recommendations for highest quality training experience, results, and retention.
  • Additional Nutritional Coaching available upon request.
