If you’re tired of crowded big box gyms, not interested in one of our more personal programs, or just want to train in an awesome facility, then our traditional gym membership is just for you! There will typically be a training for the day (TD) written on the whiteboard if you would like to utilize that for your daily workout. The training for the day (TD) workouts are TRULY designed for ALL Fitness Levels. However, if you would like to do your own thing, that’s okay too.

Our traditional gym membership is ($49/month) and includes access to world-class our facility including, but not limited to: free weights, bodyweight suspension training (TRX), options for bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, battle ropes, jump ropes, rowing machine, SkiErg, Airdyne bike, sleds, medicine balls, etc.

***Open gym access is offered during select hours only. If a small group class is going on when you want to workout just pay a $20 drop in fee and jump right in! We can even bill you for it later! All small group classes start on the hour.

***OPEN GYM ACCESS IS PROHIBITED DURING CLASS HOURS. Please see Fitness Bootcamp schedule and Student-Athlete Training schedule to plan your workout accordingly.

***OPEN GYM ACCESS IS PERMITTED during Personal Training sessions and ALL other times unless stated otherwise.

***VERY IMPORTANT***

All overhead exercises, including, but not limited to shoulder press, bench press, wall ball, etc. and ALL jumping exercises are prohibited while trainers/owners of both Platt-Form and Metro Fitness 51 are absent from the building. Additionally, your cell phone must be within arm’s reach at ALL times while trainers/owners of both Platt-Form and Metro Fitness 51 are absent from the building. Lastly, no members of Platt-Form are allowed into the Metro Fitness 51 workout area while trainers/owners of Platt-Form and Metro Fitness 51 are absent from the building.
